How do I choose between classic, hybrid and volume lashes?
Classic gives the lightest, most defined finish. Hybrid mixes classic and volume techniques for added texture, while Russian or volume sets create a fuller, fluffier result. Try the treatment finder for a starting recommendation.
How should I prepare for a lash appointment?
Arrive with clean lashes and no eye make-up, mascara or oily products around the eyes. If a patch test or specific preparation is required, AJ will confirm it before your appointment.
How long will my lash extensions last?
Retention varies with your natural lash cycle, lifestyle, aftercare and the set you choose. Following your aftercare guidance and booking suitable maintenance helps keep the result looking its best.
Can I book an infill if another artist applied my lashes?
Please message AJ before booking. The existing set needs to be assessed so she can confirm whether an infill is suitable or whether safe removal and a fresh set would be better.
Will we discuss the look before the treatment?
Yes. Your consultation covers your preferred finish, eye or brow shape, natural lashes or hairs and any relevant suitability points before the treatment begins.
What if I have sensitivities or a health concern?
Contact AJ before booking and share anything relevant to the treatment area. She can explain the next step, but cannot diagnose a condition or replace medical advice.
Where can I see deposits, cancellation terms and availability?
The live Square booking flow shows the current appointment details and any payment requirements before you confirm. You can also read the website’s booking policies.
Where is Lashes by AJ?
The studio is at 59–61 Market Street, Heywood OL10 1HZ. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–7pm.
