Booking and payment
Square is the authoritative booking system for current services, prices, durations, availability and any payment or deposit requirements. Review the details shown in Square before confirming your appointment.
Changing or cancelling
Use the link in your Square confirmation or contact AJ as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment. Any cancellation terms presented during booking form part of your appointment agreement.
Arrival
Please arrive on time with the treatment area clean and free from relevant make-up and oily products. Arriving late may reduce the available treatment time or mean the appointment cannot go ahead.
Suitability and sensitivities
Share relevant sensitivities, allergies, health concerns, existing extensions or recent treatments before your appointment. AJ may adapt, postpone or decline a service if it is not considered suitable or safe to proceed.
Results and aftercare
Results and retention vary between clients because natural hair cycles, lifestyle, suitability and aftercare differ. Follow the aftercare guidance given at your appointment and contact AJ promptly if you have a concern.
